  Ms. Small is president and owner of Alpha Centurion Security, Inc. She was a teacher for 21 years and later moved into retail management. She has over 14 years of experience in security guard services. In her current position, she schedules and supervises 200 employees. She is an active member of The National Association of Women-Owned Businesses and the Midlantic Business Alliance (formerly Small Business Association of Delaware Valley). Ms. Small is also a Pennsylvania Licensed Private Detective.
  
  
• Patrick A. Panetta
  Chief Inspector Panetta is the Chief of Operations at Alpha-Centurion. He is a retired combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, who was awarded the Bronze Star for valor in Vietnam, with 12 years of military service, six of which were in the military police. Chief Inspector Panetta has 17 years of retail management experience as a district manager for a Fortune 500 company.
  
  
• Frank Nocella
  As a consultant, Mr. Nocella serves as Corporate Controller for the past ten years. He has spent 20 years with the Philadelphia Police Department working with the FBI in major organized crime, specializing in money-laundering schemes and internal affairs investigations, followed by ten years as Vice President of Security for a $100 million corporation. Mr. Nocella was charged with the safety of 600 employees and the security of a daily cash collection of $400,000 and related internal theft. He supervised the installation of security systems, closed circuit television with time-lapse recorders in 15 locations on the eastern United States seacoast, and interacted with Human Resources on worker's compensation and OSHA matters.
  
  
• Brian Bowens
  Inspector Bowens joined the company after serving with honor for over nine years as a decorated combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Inspector Bowens also brings nine years experience as Operations Manager/Supervisor for two other security companies. Inspector Bowens coordinates the scheduling and logistics of field supervisors, security personnel, and equipment as Operations Manager.
  
  
• Albert Thomas
  Captain Thomas has been with Alpha Centurion Security for eight years and is presently in charge of headquarters staff as Headquarters Company Commander. Captain Thomas is retired from the United States Army, and is a decorated Vietnam veteran.

  Captain Michael Rostin has been with Alpha Centurion since 2000 and has over 10 years experience in security-industry operations, as well as in sales and marketing. Captain Rostin leads our client services department and helps prospective clients find the ideal security fit for their specific situation.
